Your tasks & responsibilities?

At DESOTEC, we are taking an exciting next step: the implementation of a brand-new ERP system. To ensure a smooth transition, we are temporarily strengthening our team with additional support.

As the administrative right hand of our warehouse team, you make sure everything runs accurately and efficiently.

Your impact?
  • You handle the administrative processing of all incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring everything flows correctly.
  • You closely monitor stock levels - both digitally in our system and physically in the warehouse.
  • You enter and follow up on orders, keeping all information up to date.
  • You are responsible for preparing and checking delivery notes and invoices.
  • You maintain smooth communication with transport partners and colleagues from other departments to keep everything aligned.
  • You support the warehouse team on a daily basis and help ensure a well-organised and safe working environment.

Who are you?

  • You stand out in administrative tasks and have already built up relevant experience.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office and work easily with other digital tools.
  • You work in a structured and accurate way, with a strong eye for detail.
  • You have a hands-on mindset and ensure your tasks are handled smoothly and on time.
  • You communicate clearly, fluently and respectfully.
  • You enjoy working in a team, but are equally comfortable working independently.
  • You are familiar with ERP systems or quickly get up to speed thanks to your strong digital skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is a strong asset.
